Windows Vista Message

Often when I first go to open Word 2007 in Vista I get the following message and I close the file. I have another go and it all works fine.

I get the big X Windows cannot find 'C'\User\Joe Bloggs\Documents

This has only happened since I decided to download Windows Updates about a week or so ago. One reason I rarely update Windows as I always end up with a problem.
