Royal Navy Data Disclosure

I am filling in a request to get my grandfather's Navy service record during WW2 from the MOD.

On the form it ask what information I require to be disclosed to me.

I already know his service number, rank, the ship he served on and the date he left service.

What other records might they have on file that can be disclosed to me?

I would hate to miss anything.

When I applied for my father's record I stated "all records on file", you should hopefully receive all they have on him.
