Help needed finding a death please

Josia(h) Fryer Kelsey is on 1881 living with wife Eliza F. Kelsey at 58 Mitford Road, Islington

On 1891 Eliza F. is a widow living at 114 Cottenham Road, Islington but I can't find her husbands death.

There's a Joseph Fryer Kelsey (49) death in Q/E Dec 1889 Pancras Vol 1b page 44. Is that the right age?
