  • Dutch birth records

Does anyone know how to go about finding a birth in Holland? Unfortunately it has not yet been entered on the Genlias site. I'm trying to find a birth in Haarlem in 1896,and also hopefully details of the parents. Thet only seem to have details of marriages in Haarlem entered at the moment.

I wonder if Cloggie may be able to assist. You may have to wait until she next comes on though.

Hi I've been dutch relative finding also have you tried the CBG (Centraal Bureau vor Geanealogie) they have information cards on most people and they are filled in when things happen birth, death, moving out of country also if you can read dutch it makes things easier so download a dutch/English dictionary you should be able to muddle through with that also regional church records are good also
Searching for Van Egmond,Tops,Graukes,Klaassen/Claassen,Meier,Roos,Versluijs,Vander weijle,Von Lindon.:
