  • Missing from the census records

I am looking for Frederick Western & Ellen Western in the 81, 91 & 01 census records.

In 1871 they show up no problem as a married couple living in Bristol.

Frederick in 19 from Witheridge, Devon
Ellen is 25 from Bedminster, Bristol.

I can't find the marriage either.

    Its all very odd.

    Can anyone help me?

I think this could be him in 1901 - wife Elizabeth.
Maybe Ellen and Elizabeth are the same person??

thank you - that is the correct record.

So it should be western and not weston.

Also they have written the ages of M A (Mary Ann) and Eliza the wrong way around. Eliza is the wife and not the daughter

Just need the 1881 records now.
