Ancestry--Find my past help query

Could anyone help please checking out any other death index list for me please.

My query is for an Eric Albert Wightman, death reg Jun 2001 Brent, in Ancestry.
His name is appearing as Eric Albert Whightman which is incorrect but I believe it is the same person I am looking for.

I have checked to see the orginal indexes for Ancestry 1984-2005 but I cant see them anywhere just in case there was a transcribed error, hence could anyone check out what they can see in another index list if possible please.

On Ancestry when I click on the record I can see about Eric Albert Whightman, death reg Jun 2001 Brent.
This information says:

Is this detail correct ie.index info for ordering his death cert as they are different from the usual that I include with "vol num" etc for all my other £7 certificates ordered for Birth, Marriage and Death .
