Hi and thank you for this chance.

      1881
      Name Age
      Thomas Wildish 34
      Amy Wildish 32
      Alfred J. Smith 14
      Amy M. Smith 12
      Jesse Smith 7
      Emily Wildish 4
      William Wildish 2

Its the Smith side that i am having trouble with to my knowledge and through family belief that Jesse wnet to Australia maybe NSW no evidence has been uncovered yet of that allthough i have found his sister who it is alledged went with him to start a new life Downunder .

I cannot as yet find out what happened to Alfred J Smith yet.

if Emily and William can be found marriages etc that would help.

Amy the mother was married twice first husband i believe to be Alfred Smith cant find his death, and her second marriage to Thomas in 1876 at Biddenden Kent, i have the cert and she was Amy Smith then .

As William was a Railway Signalman, it's a bit difficult to pick a marriage for him - he could be anywhere.

Ah, well done. Unfortunately there's nothing online for South Australia from the 1940s onwards as far as I know. I checked the NAA site in case any of the boys had joined up in WW2, but I can't find anyone with the surname Unicume.

RecordSearch - National Archives of Australia

Might be worth checking the incoming passenger lists on Ancestry (which go up to 1960) in case they came back for a visit, but unfortunately Ancestry's not working at the moment.

Beddenden is in fact Biddenden .

Leslie does not appear on the ships passenger list but a David does and would be the same age . And Daisy who was born 1912 is not here but is on the ship.
