That's part of the HP software that comes with their Printers/Scanners/Cameras.

You may need to re-install it.

Have you got a HP Printer or something? Try reloading the drivers for it.

i have had to take my hp printer off again as i got the message back when i reinstalled,and i cant get into my btyahoo as it keeps saying simular on there.i havent done anything for this to have happened.brenda xxx

Try using the printer without it.

If it does work, then leave it off.

im have uninstalled it and now i keep getting a sign saying hp assistant trying to install,and i cant get into bt browser its saying its invalid and its the only way to get my mail.brenda xxx

Did your HP software re-install successfully?

I would normally do the following:

Disconnect the device's (printer, etc) cable from the computer.

Uninstall the software.

Reboot computer.

Re-install the software, following any instructions.

When you say bt, do you mean that you can't log onto your bt account to view your emails?

Are you talking about two seperate problems or do you think that both the problems are linked?

Can you take a screen print(s) to show us please.

i cant install the printer it wont accept the disc im putting in,yet its the one i installed it when i bought it.what can i do please brenda xxx
