Found someone related to me

I found a phoebe jenkins on someones ancestry tree last week which matched my great great gran phoebe jenkins.

I emailed the person asking about it and she said phoebe's father was called lamech jenkins and her mother was called harriet jones ( my phoebe's mother was called harriet)

my phoebe's marriage certificate came today and it had her father as lamech jenkins. and a witness thomas john jenkins (which was this person's phoebe's brother)

so i think my phoebe is her phoebe as everything matches. Turns out this person lives not to far from me either! she is phoebe's sister's great grandaughter so what would she be to me?
