Has anyone else had problems unsubscribing from this website?
I subscribed the middle of last month. I then sent multiple emails requesting my subscription be cancelled: no acknowledgement at all.
Concerned, I went to my building society. As it is an overseas company all they can do is put a block or a freeze (not sure of the terminology) on my card, meaning I'll have to get a new card. :(
And now Origins.net have charged me for another months subscriptions, meaning I'll have no choice but to get a new visa debit card.
Has anyone else had problems with Origins.net? Does anyone know how I can contact an actual person? The emails appear to have disappeared into an Internet black hole, never to be seen again.
