Charlotte Paget - can you find her 1891/1901?

Finally found my gt uncle Charles Williams' war record and got the info about his marriage.

He married Charlotte Paget 12 Aug 1911 in Llantrisant.

I found Charlotte Paget aged 24 in 1911 census as a servant born in Llantrisant and working in Newport, Monmouthshire.

Found likely birth registration Charlotte Pagett [sic]
1886 Jul-Aug-Sep Pontypool 11a Page: 156

So far, so fab. But I can't find her before 1911 in censuses. Nor can I find any likely Paget/ts in Llantrisant.

Can you help?
