Removal of graffiti please

I have a photo of a blue plaque for a chapel that I'd like to put in the Places of Worship talk pages but it has obscene graffiti on it.

If anyone is able to remove it, please pm me and I will give the photobucket link, I wont post it here because it's offensive.

why not email the relevant council?? am sure they have graffitti squads

I took the picture about a year ago, so I'm not sure what the current condition is. If I get that way again I'll take a look.
