Head George William 1815 Bermondsey Surrey
Wife Mary A 1818 St Martins Middlesex
Son George Daniel 1840 Bermondsey Surrey
Daughter Emily 1846 Bermondsey Surrey
Son Frederick 1847 Bermondsey Surrey
Son William 1849 Bermondsey Surrey

all in Bermondsey in 1851 including a daughter Frances Ellen who died in 1857

Have you tried searching with no surname?

I'd use Emily 1846 +/-2 years
Father George
Mother Mary
resident Surrey

There cannot be that many of that combination

( dont have access to ancestry at the moment or i'd look)

Val, cannot see anything obvious under the Knight surname.
