    I am looking at my Grandmother's siblings and have got stuck, can anyone help

    William Edward b Jun 1896, have marriage and death, but a christening entry on Ancestry (have no sub)

    Ellen Mary b 20 Oct 1897, found 2 possible marriages, 1st dec 1922,Stroud, 2nd Mar 1937 ( but the only one which has 'M' as a middle name), no idea when/where she died, but a christening on Ancestry. Have info now

    George John b 4 Jan 1899, married a Gwen? dont know where/when, or where he died.

    James Gilbert b Jun 1901, cant find a thing on him :( Died at sea in WW1 aged 16

    Agnes Kate b Dec 1902, possible marriage Dec 1927 to ? Wills Bristol Have now got marriage details

    Edith Amy b Sep 1906, cant find a thing on her :(

    Constance Harriet, my grandmother have everything on her

    Lucy Emma Sep 1910 and
    Gertrude M Mar 1917, have nothing on these two.

      Chrissy, not sure if I'm just not seeing it in your post, but what surname are you looking at for all these siblings and what area? Do you have them all on 1901/1911 census? What are their parents' names? Helen

          Don't know if this is pure coincidence, as you haven't confirmed which area of the country we are looking at, but there are some births in Barton Regis district on freebmd which could match and there are these three Longs on the 1911 census in some sort of Institution in Bristol (same sort of area):

          INSTITUTION LONG CONSTANCE F 1909 2 Bristol Gloucestershire
          INSTITUTION LONG AGNES F 1903 8 Bristol Gloucestershire
          INSTITUTION LONG EDITH F 1907 4 Bristol Gloucestershire

            opps again, yes those are mine, at least I think they are as Middle name are not the same as I have

                  on the ones I put up in the institution the F after their first name means Female rather than being a middle initial
