welcome to family tree forum.

unfortunately the photo you have posted is too small to do anything with, (as you have used the attach option) if you can use Photobucket to attach the picture it will make it bigger so enable a better restore. If you click on the link below it will take you to a 'how to' and should enable you to get a bigger pic onsite.
