  • 1946 Wedding pic for re-colouring please

This is my Mum and Dad's wedding photo from December 1946 - could someone have a go at re-colouring it please? My Mum's outfit was pale blue, her hat was pale blue, pale pink and white feathers with pale blue net, and her gloves and shoes were tan. Her corsage was pink roses. I think my Dad's suit was brown, but I'm afraid I don't know the colours of the other outfits.

      Hi Joy
Do you know what mum's suit was made of ?
I'm trying to decide about smoothing it

Wendy, that looks lovely! Thank you so much Rachel, I think it was made of wool - it was the coldest day of the year apparently, and she needed to be warm!

          :D Oh rats !
I decided to smooth it out a bit anyway

2 versions ~ colours can easily be changed

Gran on the left would insist on wearing a red hat, so how could I refuse !

Rachel they look absolutely wonderful - thank you! I think the colours are fine as they are, and you're right about my Grandma - she clearly had a thing about hats, and she was the one who in previous photos wore what looked like a pan lid on her head.
