Images on Ancestry not loading ??

I keep getting a yellow triangle and a message ,Error processing image request any ideas why

I get that when I try to look at Pallots. Its because I view them in Standard Quality.

Click Options in the blue bar and then in the Image Compression, click High-quality images.

If that's why, remember to change it back when you've finished or the census images etc. will take a long time to load

Thank you Jackie for that info, just tried it and it works!

I was getting sooo frustrated with being able to view images such as Pallots one day and not the next.

I now understand it is due to my swapping between viewers when reading census returns and then being in the 'wrong' viewer when then trying Pallots ect.
