Picture.fpx??

Hi can anyone help I've been sent a picture which is in the format
Picture.fpx I don't have this on my computer.


When I click on the attachment in the email it opens in
Corel Photo Photo House Image and is a small coloured photo very blurry.
I can't save this to post but could email it if someone could help.
When I click on OK I get this image

Can anyone help??

I must go to bed at its 1.30AM so will check tomorrow to see if anyone can help...oh dear it is tomorrow!
