I don't know of any other sites (yet! :D), but this site says the records for Allerton Cemetery are available at Liverpool Records Office: LIST OF CEMETERY RECORDS

There are some Allerton Cemetery burials here: Find A Grave Search Results
The ones listed here seem to be mostly military, but there are some 'civilian' as well.

Records for Walton Park Cemetery can also be obtained at LDS Family History Centers
See: Family History Library Catalog - Walton Park Parochial Cemetery

The burial registers for Allerton Cemetery can also be obtained through the LDS: Family History Library Catalog - Allerton Cemetery

Some more Liverpool cemetery links here: Liverpool and Merseyside Graveyards

My ggg grandmother was Mary Tipping born 1815 Garston ,Liverpool- I have about 30 Tippings in my tree - earliest is
                Joannis ( John ) Tipping b 1771 Woolton
                marries
Anne Lowe b 1771 Woolton ...they marry and move to Garston and have 10 children
then as far as I know ALL the Tippings who are born in Garston are descended from John and Anne Tipping .
I drink with a few Tippings in Garston ( one was 55 yesterday ) - and we have the same blood line ..we call each other cuz although it`s 150 years ago we had the same ggg grandparents.....and in my phone they are TIPPO ...lol

We appear to be related through the Tipping line in Garston ...I will research John Tipping b 1821 - his father has to be the brother of my Mary Tipping b 1815 Garston - she was the youngest of 10.
And yes Bunty is a relation ( I was always led to believe her name was Hannah ?)- she lost her husband (Peter Jones )last year ...it was so sad - I was talking to him a week before he died ( heart attack )..he was a lovely lovely man .I will try and get in touch with Bunty for you - she herself has been having medical problems ....I will post as soon as I get some info
                      take care " cuz" ...lol

I see you have a Anne Lowe an old LadyMrs Lowe lived Eight doors away from us 180 Vale Rd
a round the start of the war she had a son known as Ginger Lowe I knew of him because he was a joiner
and he did a job making a fold down kitchen
table for my mother, I think they moved out into Allerton Rd just
down from the library opposite the baths. just wondered could they be of the same family.
