    Is it possible to download a 'Free' and reliable GB Usage Counter?

    I used this a long time ago... SoftPerfect Traffic Meter but it was free back then.

    Not used this one myself, but seems to do what you're asking. And free too. ShaPlus Bandwidth Meter - Freeware to display bandwidth consumed for session, day and month
