  • marriage c 1740?

    Looking for the marriage between John Tinker and Isabella ? around 1740 ish. Known children bapt 1747 Owston, 1752 Owston and 1762 Blyton Lincolnshire. Nothing on the IGI that I can find.

    If its not on the IGI you could try Freereg or google "Owston marriage register" to see if there are any transcriptions online.

    If not you will have to check the registers, either by going to the relevant county archives or ordering the parish register films at your nearest LDS family history centre.

      This area comes under the Isle of Axholme FHS which have an extensive collection of transcripts for sale.

          As yet no Owston records have been scheduled for transcription on freereg according to the coverage tables.
