Photo from c1895 for restoration please

This is of my great grandparents with two of their children. My grandfather is the older one with the bugle. I reckon he was about 8 at the time, which would make it about 1895. Could someone please restore it in sepia?

I can't figure out whether gran's dress is textured or whether it's damage to the 'emulsion' on the photo ~ have treated it as texture
