have a Abraham Arnold marrying a Rebecca Spencer
under Abrahams name it says comment St Pauls Shadwell
under Rebeccas name it says spouse comment 42 marriage date 1827 Parish St Dunstans
would you say 42 is her age ??? and St Pauls Shadwell his Parish ????

I think you are right - he is of St Paul Shadwell parish, but I think it says "Lic" and underneath it "42" so I think they were married by Licence and 42 is either the page or card number as its over in the corner

Ahh that link Val takes me to Aus ancestry... which I dont have.

however from looking at the uk version, it looks like Di is spot on,

and if there is a marriage licence then there may be other info. and for the licence you will need to ask someone to transcribe this or get a photocopy from the LMA (I think)!! (London Metropolitan Archives) this is where you will find it.
