Just wondering if there is anyone could possibly have a look at the electoral rolls from the mid 80's backwards please for the Bircotes area please?

Although the main person concerned is deceased i will pm details to anyone who can help.

Can't help with the electoral roll look up unfortunately Glen, but I will point out that it would be worth looking at both Bircotes and Harworth as the two villages merge.

you probably already knew that though.

Yep, and it's one of those places that's right on the border of two counties too so it might be a funny one to find.

It's this elusive birth father of mine again, he allegedly went down south at some point after 1966-7 and had several more children then came back north and actually got married!!!!! Trouble with him is that "allegedly" almost always means "definately".

No mention of a wife on his 1984 death cert but i wonder if this possible wife may have been at the address with him at some point. Just something to maybe give a clue to her name and trace where the womanising bu**er was at some point in the past if i can find a marriage. (not that marriage ever stopped him playing around though).
