Laptop to TV

If i want to watch anything on i player through laptop, what would I need to connect laptop to TV ( a new one this year), to make it suitable for multi viewer use please?

You can watch Iplayer on any computer but if you want to patch it to your TV your computer will need a TV Out Card

Or a cable to link in to the TV input, possibly HDMI or even Super VGA.
