This just started today....... every time I have been on Ancestry for a few minutes a message comes up "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Any suggestions?

have you got the relevant viewer installed Recommended web browsers for Ancestry.com
have a look at that

Hi Val,

Last time I updated my browser everything went haywire and I went backto IE 6.

Do you think any problems with it have been ironed out now?

What's that problem Val..same as I had on Ancestry?

I used to have a problem on FMP when my cursor would disappear and I had to restart my computer to get ii again.

when I click on to view an image it takes me back to the home page and I dont get to see it most infuriating, I can view them with firefox but I cant stand that its so so slow .

Wish I could help..I know when my cursor kept disappearing it drove me mad. Never did find out what it was despite emailing FMP...it never did it on any other site.
