  • Unable to submit freebmd correction

Someone has mistranscribed death incorrectly, you can clearly see the
correct age of death on the scanned entry.

However I'm unable to submit correction request, I get the following error :-

    Error
You must FULLY read the instructions below and tick the box to confirm
you have complied with them. NB the tick box is in the instructions,
you must actually read all the instructions to find it.

Yes I have read the instructions and there is no tick box in the instructions.

Is the submission script broken or have I clearly missed the point

There is a little box about 3/4 down you have to look carefully to find it

There is a tiny tick box cunningly hidden in the middle of the instructions. It's this bullet point:

•Please confirm that the correction you are about to submit complies with these points, and that you have viewed a copy of the index to confirm the validity of the change you are requesting. [tickbox]

I have done many freeBMD corrections, and you always have a box to tick , it sounds to me like theres problem with it, prehaps leave it and try tommorow?
