    please can anyone help me with parish records

    for CHRIST CHURCH in peckham,camberwell, s.e.london

    i do have a thread on here for walter king 1893,
    as many of you may have seen i have tried everything to find my gt grdads
    dob
    this is the only other thing i can think of trying, but dont know how to ?
    any advise would be so appreciated

    You can see if you can order the microfilm of the parish records at your nearest LDS family history centre

    OR

    you can have a day in London looking at them in the relevant archives.

      my 2nd great grandparents married at christchurch, camberwell in 1892.
      so i think your ancestors christening will be in the records, as long as that was the church your family used.

          There are not many London PRs available on line. The only way at the moment is as Nell said - order a film from the LDS or visit the LMA. Ancestry are supposed to be adding all the LMA Parish Records but it's taking a very very long time. :(
          Members that visit the Archives will sometimes do look ups if asked very nicely!;)
