I know several of you are able to view these but I am still waiting for mine to appear after a week of waiting.:(

I still can't view mine. Every time I try I get an automated e-mail from them saying they will look into it. Don't know how long that will take!!

Are you sure you can't see them?

They don't come up on the original My Records list - they come up as additional options at the top, when you view an image you've already got.

I've attached a print of the bit at the top, when "viewing" an image. (Now removed after Gillian kindly drew my attention to the fact that my e-address was on display!)

According to the 1911 census blog, the problem has been fixed! Might be worth either leaving a comment on the blog, or contacting them.
