Is it possible to print my tree from Ancestry showing our connections for example great great grandaughter

You can print a pedigree chart from the view you have on screen but it doesn't actually say the relationships for each level. You could perhaps write those on afterwards.

If you have a Family History programme you can import it into that and then print it off. A lot of them will describe the relationship.
