Web Search facility on Ancestry

We reinstalled FTM 2005 yesterday and although I can access Ancestry in the normal way my web search facility takes me to a page that says Register now for this facility..there appears to be no method of contacting them through the page.
I have Vista
Does anyone know what I should do to regain the websearch facilty

It sounds as if your FTM registration is not being picked up by Ancestry.

What happens if you select REGISTER FAMILY TREE MAKER (via HELP tab).
Does it ask you to re-register or is it picking up your previous registration?
If you do need to re-register then make sure you use the same details as before or you will end up with duplicate accounts which can cause problems.

thanks for the info, I just had to put my account details in after my son had reinstalled ftm
