  • Does anyone have Adobe photoshop.....

    elements 5.0?

I have been playing around with all the special effects........never felt brave enough before, but there is one effect in particular, which I would love to try but can't seem to find out how to do it!

I want to make an old fashioned photo.....the type that appears set into an oval with misty surroundings.........I'm unsure of what this effect is called....could it be anything to do with feathering?

Have you tried googling for Photoshop tutorials? I'm sure there must be one for that effect.
