Family tree programmes with reports

I have my tree on Ancestry and Tribal pages and im quite happy with that rather than having something like FTM. I love the fan chart that Tribal Pages creates, but it is in a pdf format. What im looking to do is create a chart but then add on to it whether i have the BMD certs (so i know what certs i have just by looking at the chart). At home i have one stuck into my cert file with BMD written on, but as i am at work (and do most of my research;)) i need one here too. I could do the same as i have done at home, but would really like to be able to have one stored somewhere.

You're very trusting! I would never ever have my main tree anywhere but on my home PC (and backed up). If you downloded your tree file (e.g. FTM) to a memeory stick you could work on it elsewhere then overwrite your home PC file afterwards.
