Can someone please fix and add color ?

This is a picture of my great grandmother when she was 5 years old,is it possible to add color to it,im not sure what color the dress would be,but maybe burgundy ?? also i would like the picture cleaned up a bit if possible...thanks so much..

Yes the fiirst thing i noticed about the 2 photos is they have the same same eyes.
If you dont mind getting out the crayons ..lol.. i would appreciate it,thank you .
No i dont have any idea what colour her eyes are ,but most of the women on mums side of the family had brown eyes,Her dress colour is a mystery,so make it what you think best.
