Kaspersky warnings ???

I am trying to install Adobe Flash Player and it is giving me the warning its highly dangerous as its not digitally signed ??? is it safe to download it ???
Also in my highly restricted sites I have nForce_2.03_WINXP_Local what exactly does this do thanks

I would say it's fine as that is the official download site.
