  • Divorces post 1937

    Further to my previous "possible bigamy" question, where would we look to find divorces dated after the TNA list ends in 1937?

    There's a possibility that another marriage in 1939 may have been a wrong 'un and yes, it involves one of the parties of the already bigamous marriage in the my first post. :o

    There's another bit to this problem as well, but I'll do another post for that.

            I e mailed that link given and had a reply today it's £40 for them to search 1-10 years.

            If you want to know the reason for the divorce you need to ask on the application form as the absolute doesn't tell you this.

            Think my wanting to know about my nans divorce will have to wait.
