digital photos

Anyone got remedies for digital photos that are blurred? Didn't have my glasses on when I took them and didn't realize they were blurry until I got them on the computer, and by then it was too late to re-take.

Have managed to sharpen the other one a bit. A little better.

How are you at cutting bits out? Bit cheeky, I know, but any chance you can remove dad, so it looks more like the second photo?
