Help needed please

Have had one thing after another lately.....now have a message 'virtual memory is low'....... what on earth does that mean?

I think it means you have so many programs running at once that it is taking up all the capacity. It could just be a one-off or it could need sorting out - is the same thing happening today?

It just happened yesterday then disappeared and not seen it today.

Don't worry about it, Windows automatically adjusts itself to compensate, as stated it's usually caused by running to many programs at the same time.
