    Does anyone know where I can find parish records for Kings Norton near Birmingham, pre 1837, please.

      I would think they would be at Birmingham Central Library Helen.

        I would check with the Library, they do hold a lot of records but not everything I wanted, some are in Lichfield and some are in Warwick. (I wanted Castle Bromwich and Handsworth)

          Failing that, they could come under Worcestershire records office, as l think Kings Norton was the Worcestershire side of B'ham.

              Jeanette, thanks for the website link.

              I was looking on the IGI last night for a Keturah Wheeldon (don't get many of them to the pound!) and found one in Wythall. I didn't know where that was, but that website has it as part of Bromsgrove/ Kings Norton.
