Ancestry UK incoming passenger lists available through Worldwide membership only?

I'm sure I was previously able to access the UK incoming passenger lists on Ancestry with the old UK membership, which has since been converted to Essentials membership. But now it's telling me I have to have Worldwide membership to access the images.
Can somebody with Premium membership subscription confirm whether or not you're able to access the UK incoming passenger list images, or whether it is in fact a Worldwide membership that is required to see them?

When I try to view an image it says "The record that you've just tried to view is available through Worldwide Membership." and no mention of Premium. Very sneaky of them!
