  • GRO Confirmations

    Hi all,

I just checked my emails and recieved five GRO confirmations for certificates that I ordered several months ago (and have recieved) up until my most recent order that is still in process, I wondering if anyone else has had a similar thing happen. I assume it is just a hiccup with their email system?

How strange! I have never had an email confirmation of a certificate they are sending/have sent. The only contact is if they are not sending it for some reason.

They used to send them a long, long time ago, now I only get one if they decide not to send it.

I always get a confirmation now from GRO as well as the usual one from worldpay confirming the payment.

I think I've always received them, but I don't usually bother to read them.

Aren't they just tightening up at their end? Previously unless you remembered to take a copy as you entered your details you had no record of what you had ordered.

Consequently if you had a query or want to progress chase as I often have, you could not give an order number or customer reference number. Now they have started to send you a confirmatory e-mail giving your order details.
