Ancestry cancelled my Internet back up even though its paid for

I got several emails from them to say my subscription to it and my internet back up was about to run out, even though I had renewed in January.
I rang them the other day and she said they had problems with people that had resubscibed through the Australian sub which is what I had done and it would be okay.
Today my Internet back up has run out ????????????? UGH
