Could someone read this death cert for me please

Hi Could someone possibly tell me what they think this death certificate resons for death say.

When i blow it up i can't read it i can see i believe
1st line: To?????
2nd: from ??
4th line in the chest

and that is all i can read

right - first line can't read
second line ... from sepsis
third line - secondary deposits
fourth line - in the chest
fifth & sixth line - carcinoma of the lung (pneumonectomy)

Thankyou everyone. Jess i had hubby playing around with it on his computer programmes but he couldn't get it so i could read it. I suppose it is just one of those things that you learn over time of doing research and reading their writing.
