Any one know the Tigwells of Sheldon?

I popped into West Camel Church a few days ago as I was passing. (My time was short as I had an appointment) I found no rellies graves but did have a quick glance at the visitors book.

There is an entry made in Feb 2009 from a T & G TIGWELL, SHELDON, DEVON.
They state that their ancestor William Penny was baptised at West Camel in 1755.

I would like to contact the Tigwells if anyone happens to know them!
