There is a "submitted" record on the IGI for Samuel and Judith's marriage 12 Nov 1827 Kingswinford, Staffordshire. Have you checked the parish registers to see if the marriage is there, and if so, does it give any more information, e.g. witnesses' names?

Oh, I see on the 1841 census their ages are Samuel 30 and Judith 25 (i.e. 25-29), and their oldest child (Sarrah) is 13, so if that marriage on the IGI is right, then they may well have been minors when they got married in which case the marriage entry might give details of their parents.
