Virus removal help needed

Do we have any computer experts out there.

Hubby is trying to remove AV360 which appears to have been left on his computer when he removed a trojan virus.

He can't seem to be able to get rid of this thing

There was something from that link that seems to have worked for him. Fingers crossed, it seems sorted.
