For a start I can see a couple of trees on Ancestry that include Medlock Wilson and Susannah Lambert.

If you go to Genealogy and Family History Records - Ancestry.co.uk
Click on the SEARCH tab at the top of the page, and then click on the FAMILY TREES tab - type MEDLOCK WILSON in the first and last name boxes and you will see there are both Public and Private trees showing.

Shell, haven't you got access to Ancestry now (thought you got it yesterday)?

Have you looked for Medlock Wilson on there?

You will probably need to contact living relatives, and the first place to start would be via the trees on Ancestry.
If you are a member on Genes Reunited you could look there to see if anyone has Medlock and Susannah in their trees as well.

Ancestry have just introduced a new messaging service so it might be worth trying again - you never know your luck!

Perhaps your style of writing puts some people off. It could be a bit too direct for some folks who see their rellies as private property. Or "oldies" like me who don't like text-speak. And it could be a good idea to put a "taster" in your message to give them a bit of information so they can see you have done your homework and you're not just fishing.

Sorry if I've upset you Shell. I didn't mean to. But other folks won't know this. There's lots of old fuddy-duddies like me around.

Shell, I think what Uncle John meant wasn't a criticism of your posts on this forum, but a suggestion that if you are contacting people who have their tree on ancestry, you need to be sure to explain in your message to them a bit of background about what your connection is with the people you're asking them about, to make it more likely that they will reply.
