  • East Yorkshire Record Office look up required please

Is there anyone going to the East Yorkshire Records office that could do me a couple of look ups please?

I am looking at 2 things, first is the baptism of John Edward Anderton 4/3/1850 at Holy Trinity church in Hull. On the IGI, his parents are listed as John William Anderton and Mary Ann. I would like to know if there is any other information on the record, particularly the father's occupation please

The 2nd is for the marriage of a John Anderton to Mary Ann Laceby in the July/August/September quarter of 1847. I don't know the exact date but I do know that it took place at St Andrew's church Drypool in Sculcoates. I am trying to find out if this couple are the parents of John Edward.

I would be really grateful if anyone could help me with this, as I try to sort out my Anderton family (see http://www.familytreeforum.com/resea...-confused.html)

    thank you

Thanks Babs, her brother is obviously far more important at the moment. I doubt she has time to think of researching.

                Aye, I reckon :D

Actually, I was going to see if the EYRO had the BTs for Bishop Wilton next time I went to see if the marriage of Henry Stead gave any further clues as to where he came from and how old he was. Sad or what :o
