    Clearing my PM box

    My PM box is always getting full so I am trying to clear up my Private Messages. I have created a file on there for items I wish to keep. How do I download these so I can save them into my documents on my computer?

    I can see where it says in the drop-down box at the bottom of the messages to download to XML, CSV or TEXT. I've no idea what XML or CSV mean.

    Just download them as text then they can be viewed in any program.

    XML is eXtensible Markup Language and means you can view them with your browser, and CSV is Comma Seperated Values for using with a spreadsheet.
