  • Photo Restoration: Can someone improve these please?

Can someone please see if they can do anything to improve these photos?

They have been cut from other photos, why I don't know, but I would be grateful if they could be cleaned up.

I am just learning how to do this restoration work, and don't think I could do as well as all you clever people on here. Many thanks.

Thanks Nicks Mum. Much better now the red has gone.

Brian they are great. I did have a go on this one myself, but it was too difficult for a mere beginner like me. I can see I shall have to have much more practice. Thanks very much.

I have just bought a Photoshop Book to learn how to use the program, and it has just arrived, so I will hopefully learn how to restore my own photos.

Would still be grateful for any help on these ones though, as they seem to need a lot of work.

                      Hi Wendy

This photo is in real bad shape also has alot of mirroring or silvering both the same thing really, its real hard to remove silvering and its time consuming, so I done the best I can with the time that I had.

I've just had a go at restoring the Mrs Thomas one, but she has ended up with only one eye!!!!

Brian how did you manage to give her two eyes?

Also how did you get rid of the red ink on the other one?
